Sticking up just above the spa terrace, Botmaskop is a sharp peak that has inspired one of the estate’s vintages: A red blend, the Delaire Botmaskop 2012 was made from 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, and various amounts of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Shiraz, and Malbec.
